Megan Edmunds has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Megan started their career as a Team Leader at Smart Set, where they handled customer service, cash handling, training, and sales. Megan then joined Bluenotes in a similar role, focusing on customer service, cash handling, and sales.

Following that, Megan worked at Fido Mobile as a Sales Associate, where they provided customer service, handled cash, and conducted sales. Megan then worked at IKEA Canada as a Kitchen Planner, assisting customers with kitchen planning and providing design advice while also engaging in sales activities.

Megan then joined the St. Lawrence Parks Commission as a Historical Interpreter, where they interpreted historical material, took inventory of building artifacts, and performed basic cleaning. Megan later moved on to Rogers Wireless Express as a Sales Associate, where they provided customer service, problem-solving, and acted as a cable specialist within the store. Megan also managed merchandising and kept documentation up to date.

After that, Megan worked at Samsung Electronics as a Wireless Field Marketing Representative, where they built relationships with clients, conducted sales training, and developed sales strategies. Megan then joined Bell as a Field Sales Training & Performance Consultant, responsible for training store staff, sales skills development, and product knowledge.

Megan's most recent experience includes working at DesignDocs Inc. as a Sales and Client Success Representative. In this role, they sourced leads through outreach, closed sales through one-on-one meetings, and secured subscriptions for the company's project management and accounting software. Finally, Megan currently holds the position of a Customer On-boarding Specialist at Studio Designer.

Megan Edmunds attended Father Leo J Austin Catholic Secondary School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Interior Design.
