Ivana Matic

Ivana Matic is currently the Head of Operations at Direction since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ivana was an Executive Assistant at CreITive from October 2016 to January 2021. Before that, she worked as an Office Manager at CodeSynapses from November 2014 to October 2016, and as a Call Agent at CreditExpress Serbia from June 2012 to December 2013. Ivana holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Modern Business School, where she graduated in 2014. She completed her high school education at IV gimnazija u Beogradu from 2006 to 2010.
