Heather Goossen is an accomplished retail planning professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Retail Planning Manager at Studio Distribution Services since January 2021, Heather previously held positions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as Customer Operations Analyst for Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, where key contributions included streamlining planogram (POG) processes and transitioning to a new business model. Prior roles at SUPERVALU and Target involved merchandising support and presentation, notably increasing sales through strategic planning and operational efficiency. Heather began a career at Best Buy, excelling in customer service and employee training. A graduate of Bethany Lutheran College with a B.A. in Communication, Heather possesses a strong foundation in media promotion and business operations.
