Steffen Ganz currently serves as Head of Design at Porsche Design of America since June 2018 and holds multiple positions at Porsche Design Group, including Senior Designer and PD Eyewear Design Coordinator since 2012, as well as PD Timepieces Design Coordinator at Porsche Design Timepieces AG. Previously, Steffen was a Project Leader at Porsche Design Studio from 2007 to 2013, leading a three-year EU-funded research project focused on Ambient Assisted Living (AAL). Steffen began with internships and freelance roles at various design firms, including Porsche Design Studio and Designafairs Siemens AG, after earning a German Diplom in Industrial and Product Design from Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design in 2007.

Porsche is a subsidiary of Porsche AG. Back in 1972 Ferdinand Alexander Porsche founded our studio originally as Porsche Design Studio. Since 2015 our world-famous design studio Studio F. A. Porsche and the resulting premium brand Porsche Design are independent companies. As a premium design agency, we design for external customers as well as for the "Porsche Design" brand.
