Studio Gang
Aurelien Tsemo has a range of work experience in the architecture and design industry. From 1995 to 2014, Tsemo worked as an Associate Principal at Booth Hansen. In this role, they were responsible for various design and management tasks. In 2014, Tsemo joined Studio Gang Architects as the Director of Design Management. Currently, their role at Studio Gang Architects is ongoing. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors at AIA Chicago from 2009 to 2013, contributing to the organization's decision-making process.
Aurelien Tsemo pursued their education in the field of Architecture, starting with their enrollment at Ecole d'Architecture de Versailles in 1987. Aurelien successfully completed their studies at the institution in 1994, earning a DPLG degree. Following this, Aurelien Tsemo furthered their education at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they pursued a Master's degree in Architecture from 1992 to 1996.

Founded and led by Jeanne Gang, Studio Gang is an architecture and urban design practice headquartered in Chicago with offices in New York, San Francisco, and Paris. We work as a collective of more than 100 architects, designers, and planners, using design as a medium to connect people to each other, to their communities, and to the environment. We collaborate closely with our clients, expert consultants, and specialists from a wide range of fields to design and realize innovative projects at multiple scales: architecture, urbanism, interiors, and exhibitions.
