Ali Cormack is a Principal Software Engineer at Studio Gobo since February 2023, previously serving as a Senior Software Engineer at BossAlien from October 2016 to February 2023, specializing in rendering and tools development. Earlier experience includes a role as a Gameplay and Rendering Programmer at The Distance for a brief period in 2015, focusing on maintenance and improvement of services using technologies such as C#, .NET, Swift, and Objective C. Ali began a career in software development at Eden Agency, contributing to iOS and web app projects from concept to publication. Ali holds a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of York, earned between 2011 and 2016, and completed A Levels in Maths, Physics, Further Maths, and Graphics at Castle Sixth Form.
