Natalie Molson

Natalie Molson has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Natalie currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Studio KRAFTON Montréal, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vention as the Vice-President of People and Culture from April 2022 to June 2023. In this role, Natalie implemented various initiatives such as talent acquisition efforts and a career development framework. From October 2017 to April 2022, they served as the Vice-President of Human Resources at Beyond Technologies, where they played a key role in establishing the HR function and supporting company growth. Natalie also held the position of Human Resources Director at Beyond Technologies from October 2011 to September 2017. Before joining Beyond Technologies, Natalie worked at Accenture as a Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR processes and providing support to senior executive leadership. Natalie began their career as a Recruiter at Cognicase in March 1999.

Natalie Molson completed the Art & Science of Coaching Modules I-V from Erickson Coaching International in 2018-2019. Natalie earned a Certificate in HR Management from McGill University in 1998-1999. In 1992-1995, they obtained a B.A from Universite de Montreal. Natalie also has additional certifications including being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci (obtained year: 2022), a Certified PI Practitioner from The Predictive Index (obtained year: 2020), and an Erickson Professional Coach from Erickson Coaching International (obtained year: 2019).
