Shana Davies

Shana Davies has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the media and entertainment industry. Shana started their career in 2012 and 2013 as a Host Production Assistant at VH1. In 2011, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Master Matchmakers, where they provided support to the CEO and the entire staff with various tasks and technology-related issues. From 2013 to 2016, they served as an Executive Assistant at Love Lab®, where they provided administrative support. Shana joined Studio71, LP in 2016 as a Talent Coordinator, eventually progressing to roles such as Network Talent Manager, Director of Talent, and Senior Director of Talent & Community. Shana then became the Vice President of Talent Operations and most recently, the Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Creator Initiatives. Shana has accumulated a wealth of experience in talent management and operations throughout their career.

Shana Davies earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
