Nikola Pogačar has a diverse work history with experience in software quality engineering and project management. They began their career as a Helpdesk Support at Campanaria in 2005 and then worked as an IT technician at TIM media and Perdignus in the following years. In 2013, they transitioned into the field of software quality engineering, starting as a Jr. SQE at Studion and gradually progressing to Assistant Manager and then Manager, where they led teams and ensured software quality in projects. They also served as the Project Quality Manager, overseeing testing processes, collaborating with other teams, and preparing reports for management. In 2019, they worked as a Solutions Delivery Leader at ERT. Their most recent role is Director of Software Quality Engineering at Studion, where they are responsible for defining QE strategy, maintaining test management systems, and providing guidance on qualification and validation requirements.
Nikola Pogačar attended the University Department of Professional Studies from 2011 to 2017, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
