Before their position at Emanuel Congregation, Nicole was self-employed as a Theatre Professional, where they utilized their research and problem-solving skills in their work as a writer, actor, and collaborator. Nicole also worked as a Care Advisor at Analyte Health, supporting clients in reframing their personal stories and offering sales support for the company's services. Nicole's work experience also includes an internship at Chicago Dramatists, where they assisted with social media management and administrative tasks, and an Office Manager role at Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, where they oversaw business operations and managed travel arrangements.
