Richard Cave

Richard Cave has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles. In 1993, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Chancery Software. Richard then moved to Paradigm Software as a Senior Software Engineer in 1995. In 1996, they joined Edmark as a Senior Software Engineer. In 1997, they were hired as a Software Engineer at Apple and quickly transitioned to a Software Engineering Manager role. From 2018 to 2020, they held a contract role as a Software Engineer/Front End at Jobspeaker. In 2017, they were engaged by FGL, Inc. as a consultant to modernize IT capabilities and migrate the company away from a legacy platform. Richard designed a new lab management system and introduced virtual and cloud solutions. Since 2020, they have served as the Chief Technology Officer at Snapwire, a marketplace of visual creators for brands and businesses. In 2022, they were appointed as the CTO at StudioNow.

Richard Cave attended Ventura College, where they studied Computer Science.
