Ashley Bruckbauer

Lead Learning Designer at Study.com

Ashley Bruckbauer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in education and learning design. Ashley started as a Museum Education Intern at the Crow Collection of Asian Art in 2007 and has since worked as a Museum Educator at the Ackland Art Museum and the Dallas Museum of Art. Ashley also served as a Curatorial Researcher at the National Gallery of Art. In academia, Ashley was an Instructor & Research Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ashley'srecent roles include Academic Researcher, Content Strategist, Learning Design Specialist, and currently, Lead Learning Designer at Study.com. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in instructional design, research, curriculum development, and academia.

Ashley Bruckbauer holds a Ph.D. in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they also obtained their M.A. in the same field. Ashley completed their undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, earning a B.A. in Advertising Management and Art History. In addition to their academic degrees, they hold a TEFL certification obtained in 2009 and a Certificat de Français Professionnel (CFP2) from the International Chamber of Paris.
