Melissa Patnode

Melissa Patnode is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at UKG since August 2023, previously serving as an IT eLearning Content Designer at Beth Israel Lahey Health from July 2017 to August 2023. In this role, Melissa provided expertise in developing computer-based and hybrid IT learning solutions, collaborated with subject matter experts, and authored various training materials using Adobe Captivate and TechSmith Camtasia. Prior to that, Melissa held positions as an IT Training Specialist II and a Grade Five Teacher in different educational institutions, where responsibilities included delivering training, developing instructional documentation, and implementing curriculum. Melissa holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Vermont.
