Luke Farquharson

Luke Farquharson started their work experience in 2010 as an Apprentice - Power Engineer at BT. Luke then progressed within the company, working as an Exchange Engineering - M&E Engineer and later as an Exchange Engineering Manager. In their roles at BT, they were responsible for managing various aspects of M&E work across BT & EE sites, including generators, power plant, air handling units, fire/flood/gas detection, and more.

Since 2017, Luke has been working at Study Inn, starting as a Finishing Foreman and progressing to Site Manager, Construction Manager Designate, and currently serving as a Construction Manager. In their current role at Study Inn, they lead the conversion and new build projects for residential apartment developments, such as the transformation of a former job centre into 182 apartments in Loughborough and the conversion of Marlborough House Bristol from office to 300 apartments.
