Ricky Forster MICM CCE (He/Him) has over 17 years of experience in the finance and credit management industry. Ricky began their career in 2003 as an Account Executive at General Motors Acceptance Corporation. In 2006, they became a Registered Debt Agreement Administrator and Manager - Loss Recovery at Liberty Financial Pty Ltd. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Business Consultant and Senior Business Consultant (Contract) at Credit Consultants Group NZ Limited. Ricky then moved to Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres as Commercial Lead - National Majors (Contract) from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were Head of Credit & Collections at Sensis. From 2019 to 2020, they were Head of Collections (Interim) at Angle Finance. In 2020, they took on the role of General Manager - Financial Services at ZeeFi, where they executed high level BU Transformation FinTech and implemented extensive regulatory identification and process. In 2004, they obtained Certificates I & II Legal Secretary (Office) from Cengage Education (formerly Thomson Education Direct). In 2005, they received a Certificate II in Retail Operations from STRIVE and Certificates in Privacy Act and Trade Practices from General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Ricky also completed the How To Win Friends and Influence People course from Dale Carnegie in 2005-2006. In 2009, they obtained The New Manager Course from the Australian Institute of Management. In 2010, they earned a Certificate IV - Financial Services (Credit Management) from the Australian Institute of Credit Management and a Certificate IV - Financial Services (Accounting) from Financial Services. In 2011, they completed a range of courses at the Leo Cussens Institute, including Civil Procedure, Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, and Deceased Estates. In 2012, they obtained an Insolvency Practitioners Intensive Course from the Insolvency Practitioners Association Australia. Ricky then went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce/Business Law from Curtin University in 2016. In the same year, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate of Management from the Australian Institute of Business. Ricky then earned a Graduate Diploma Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business in 2017.
