Ashley Fitchette

Ashley Fitchette has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for Kineticom, specializing in talent acquisition for the telecommunications and emerging information technology industries. In 2012, they joined Whistler Blackcomb as a Call Coaching Coordinator, responsible for training reservations staff and improving customer service. In 2013, Ashley worked as an IT and Telecommunications Recruitment Consultant for IT and Wireless Staffing, followed by a role as an Educator-Community Events for lululemon athletica, where they provided guests with product and culture education. From 2015 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Whistler Mountain Adventure School, including International Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing and Recruitment Manager. Ashley then moved on to Global University Systems in 2017, serving as the Global Admissions Director for South Asia and later as the USA Regional Director for South Asia. In 2019, they joined GlobalED Foundation as the Senior Vice President Partnership Development, and concurrently worked as a Senior Consultant for True North Education. Most recently, Ashley joined Studyportals in 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships, where they focus on international marketing and recruitment solutions for universities.

Ashley Fitchette started their education at Thompson Rivers University in 2005 and completed their studies in 2010, obtaining a BTM degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Entrepreneurship. In 2006-2007, they attended Trinity Western University and pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Hospitality and Languages.

Apart from their formal education, Ashley Fitchette has also obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "CONSULTATIVE SELLING 1: CONTROL TO DISCOVER CUSTOMER NEEDS" course from SALESCYCLEGROUP. Additionally, in April 2021, they attended the NCEA 2021 Conference titled "Ignited for Transformation - United in Community - Inspired by Faith" organized by GlobalED Foundation.

Recently, in May 2023, Ashley Fitchette obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "Mel Robbins on Confidence" and "Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership."
