Catalina Ivan is a Quality Assurance Specialist at Studyportals since October 2019, responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and providing feedback to Data Processors. Previously, Catalina held roles as a Senior Data Processor Specialist, where contributions included assisting the Email Marketing team and creating a successful feedback survey, and as a Data Processing Specialist, focusing on online research to maintain up-to-date university program information. Additionally, Catalina serves as a Content Creator for @catalinamreads, producing book and movie reviews and social media content.
