Michaela Boskovicova has a diverse work experience history. Michaela started their career as a Teacher Assistant at the International School of Havana in 2014, where they helped students improve their English language skills and prepared interactive classes. In 2016, they worked as an Event Planner at Amnesty International and as an Event Coordinator at Study association POLIS, where they organized a symposium focused on responsible business.

From 2015 to 2018, Michaela worked as a Student Ambassador and Student Assistant at Tilburg University, where they supported international students in their academic path and conducted surveys to optimize the admissions procedure. In 2019, they worked as a Graduate Researcher at LDE Centre for Sustainability, where they actively participated in a large-scale urban development project and contributed to a report for the municipality on social and environmental sustainability.

Currently, Michaela is working at Studyportals. Michaela started in 2020 as a Partnerships Success Representative and later became a Partnership Success Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Team Coordinator for EMEA Partnerships. Their responsibilities include managing partnerships and ensuring their success.

Michaela Boskovicova completed their Bachelor's Degree in Global Management of Social Issues from Tilburg University from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Global Business and Sustainability at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2018 to 2019.
