Panagiota Marselou

Panagiota Marselou has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Panagiota started their career as an HR Generalist at H&M in 2014, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they completed an HR & Tech Recruitment Internship at Studyportals and later worked as an International Recruiter at EPSN Workforce Group for a short period. In 2018, they joined Prodrive Technologies as a Technical Recruiter before transitioning to Studyportals as a Human Resources Advisor. Panagiota then progressed to the role of Senior Human Resources Advisor in April 2021 and is currently working as the Human Resources Manager at Studyportals starting from January 2022.

Panagiota Marselou received a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Policy, with a major in Human Resources Management, from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Panagiota has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Panagiota obtained a certification in Leadership Effectiveness from Schouten & Nelissen in October 2022 and another certification in Coaching Skills from the same institution in April 2022. In January 2021, they became a Certified HR Manager in the Netherlands after completing a program at The Knowledge Academy. Furthermore, in October 2019, they obtained a Masters in Human Resources with a specialization in Dutch Labor Law & HR from HRM College.
