Laura van Heesch

Laura van Heesch has a varied and extensive work experience. Laura began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Assistant at CSU, where they coordinated and managed the induction and orientation processes, assisted managers during job interviews, selecting new employees and on-boarding, optimized policies, supported the Learning and Development team with selecting courses, and maintained employee files and correspondence. Laura then moved to the role of Trainee Human Resources at CSU, where they performed the same duties. In 2009, they graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management from Malmberg. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at GITP as a Graduated Educational Science, researching competencies of managers and developing online learning courses. In 2011, they worked as a Photographer at Gotcha! The Kids Photographers, where they worked in the Studio Production team, took commercial digital images, ensured products were lit correctly, efficiently and creatively, produced high quality images, and prepared sets. In 2013, they began working at U&I Learning as a Learning Developer, and also began working at Studytube as a Lead Learning Center, Lead Customer Success, and Learning Consultant.

Laura van Heesch completed their Master of Science in Educational Sciences from Utrecht University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 2005 and 2009.
