Mike Andrus

Mike Andrus serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Board Member, and Shareholder at Stukent since November 2013. In addition, Mike is a Charter Member of The F Suite, a community for CFOs to share insights and support each other. As the Founder of Northpoint Advisory Group, established in January 2006, Mike provides fractional CFO services to venture-backed SaaS companies. Previous roles include Financial Advisory Services at Doug Andrus Distributing and Engineering System Solutions, and Corporate Controller at Doug Andrus Distributing until December 2023. Mike also held CFO and board positions at Nanobox and LiveFree Emergency Response Inc. Prior to these roles, Mike gained experience as a Financial Statement Auditor at Deloitte. Mike holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
