Matthew Blackmore

Matthew Blackmore is a seasoned professional in the engineering and business development sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for the UK at STULZ since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Armstrong Fluid Technology from July 2015 to September 2025, including National Sales Team Manager and Head Of Business Development (Specifications). Matthew's experience also encompasses a strong engineering background, with roles as Lead Design Engineer and CAD Engineer at Armstrong Fluid Technology from August 2008 to May 2015, as well as Design Engineer at National Hickman specializing in timber frame system engineering from July 2006 to August 2008. Early career experience includes project design in air conditioning and electrical systems at Midland M&E Solutions from July 2004 to June 2005. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Aided Engineering Design from the University of Wolverhampton and a BTEC Advanced Diploma in Building Service Engineering.
