Matthew Salas

Matthew (Moe) Salas has a strong background in community involvement and organizational support, currently serving as Campus Staff at Student Mobilization since December 2018. Previously, Matthew worked as a Global Community Affairs Intern at Applied Materials, where key achievements included launching an internal brand to enhance employee engagement, managing a successful food and fund drive that raised over $310,000, and collaborating with various stakeholders to align company efforts with community needs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Associate in the Office of Governmental Relations at The University of Texas System, where responsibilities involved conducting research to support legislative initiatives and coordinating office logistics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business, obtained in 2018.
