Joseph Badecki

Joseph Badecki is an experienced security professional with a robust background in fraud management and investigations. Currently serving as a Security Officer at Sturdy Savings Bank since July 2019, Joseph is responsible for the bank's security program, employee training, and investigations related to fraud and security incidents. Previously, Joseph held prominent roles at TD from 2008 to 2017, including SVP Head of Forensic and Special Investigations Units and Vice President of Global Security & Investigations, overseeing strategic investigations and the security operations of bank locations. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Security & Investigations at Commerce Bancorp and a distinguished career as a Detective with the New Jersey State Police, specializing in organized crime and narcotics. Joseph holds a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rowan University, along with certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
