Grace Bailey

Grace Bailey is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles that encompass talent management, service delivery, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sturgeon County since December 2022, Grace previously held multiple managerial positions at Parkland County from 2014 to 2021, including Manager of Talent & Total Rewards and Manager of Service Delivery, Human Resources. Grace's career also includes significant roles at the Alberta Association for Community Living, the Foundation for Rural Living, and in various capacities at The Pembina Institute and Parkland School Division. Grace holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Alberta.
