Wilkins Frias has extensive experience in retail management and operations, having held various leadership positions across notable companies in the industry. Currently serving as NA ECOM CX Operations Coordinator and formerly NA/EU Senior CX Manager at Stussy, Inc. since February 2021, Wilkins has previously been the West Coast General Manager at CYC Design Corporation, as well as General Manager at LOIT and SUPRA. Additionally, experience includes roles at Sid Mashburn and Ann Mashburn, UNIONMADE, and AllSaints Retail Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing store operations, training staff, and managing inventory to contributing to new location build outs. Wilkins’ career began at Nike/UNDFTD and Marc by Marc Jacobs, focusing on event coordination and client services. Wilkins holds a high school diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School and attended Bard College.
