Bryan Hubert, P.E., ENV SP, is a civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering. Currently serving as a civil engineer and project manager at STV since July 2018, Bryan specializes in flood resilience design, highway alignment design, plan development, and utility design. Prior to STV, Bryan held positions as Engineering Specialist III and Engineering Specialist II at Michael Baker International from June 2016 to July 2018, focusing on green infrastructure, stormwater management, and highway design. Bryan's initial experience includes an engineering internship at the Long Island Rail Road in 2015. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2016.
