Eric B. Pearson

Eric B. Pearson is a seasoned construction project manager with significant experience in both public and private sector projects, currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at STV since March 2023. Previously, Pearson held roles such as Director of Operations at Drumar Construction Company and Senior Project Manager at Wohlsen Construction Company, among others. With over 20 years of expertise in construction management, including contract development, CPM scheduling, and budget implementation, Pearson has successfully led significant projects like the $211 million School District of Philadelphia initiative and the design/build of Shire Pharmaceuticals' corporate headquarters. Educational credentials include an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and studies at Kutztown University.
