James Morrison

James Morrison is currently the Deputy Executive Director at the Delta Conveyance Design and Construction Authority, where they continue to leverage over 40 years of civil engineering expertise. Previously serving as the Chief Technical Officer for the Gateway Development Commission, they have been involved in significant tunneling projects across North America and have held leadership roles with ILF Consultants and Kiewit. An alumnus of Michigan Technological University, they earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and continue their education with a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Throughout their career, they have been recognized for their contributions to the industry and have also served in prominent roles, including President for the Deep Foundations Institute.
