John Waitkunas

John Waitkunas is a Vice President at STV, Inc., where they serve as the project executive for STV|DPM, overseeing client relationships, particularly in the biotech and healthcare sectors. John joined STV|DPM in 2000, building upon previous experience as a project manager in the healthcare industry and as a director of construction management. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, earning placement on both the dean’s list and the president’s honor roll. John is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
