Lori Pepper

Lori Pepper is an experienced professional in mobility technology solutions and public policy, currently serving as the South/Central Mobility Technology Solutions Leader at STV since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Deputy Secretary for Innovative Mobility Solutions at the California State Transportation Agency from August 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included ZEV infrastructure, connected and autonomous vehicles, and advanced air mobility initiatives. Lori's career also includes roles as Senior Federal Policy Specialist at American Honda Motor Company, Litigation Paralegal at Akim Anastopoulo Law Firm, and various legislative positions in the U.S. House of Representatives. Lori holds a degree from the University of California, Davis.
