Mark Waters

Mark Waters is a seasoned professional in construction management and architecture with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at STV since September 2021, Mark provides construction management and owner's representative services. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at Batir Architecture as a Senior Architect for a brief period and spent several years at Studio 222 Architects from 2011 to June 2021 as a Project Manager, where leadership was demonstrated in the expansion of a national fitness club chain. Mark's earlier experience includes a Project Manager role at FBG Corporation, managing construction projects ranging up to $5 million, and a long tenure at PPKS Architects, delivering a full spectrum of architectural services for diversified projects. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
