Ryan Owen possesses extensive experience in water infrastructure engineering, currently serving as the Vice President and Regional Business Development Director for Water at STV since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions as a Water Engineer at CP&Y, Inc. and as Project Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. Ryan began the career at Bonestroo as a Water Treatment Engineer and has experience in water/wastewater utilities from a previous role as an Engineer at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Additionally, Ryan contributed as a Teacher's Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where education was completed from 2001 to 2006.
