Steve Packard

Steve Packard, AIA, NCARB, is a Senior Architect and Project Manager at STV, with extensive experience in managing significant architectural projects since joining the firm in February 2011. Key projects include the MBTA Quincy Bus Maintenance Facility and the PVTA Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure Project, among others. Prior roles include Deputy Project Manager for various facilities and an Architectural Designer on notable projects such as the Longfellow Bridge Rehabilitation. Steve began his career with a degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College and has held positions as a CAD Specialist and a Technical Assistant/Architectural Designer before advancing to project management.
