Ted Bailey

Prior experience includes over two decades at the Washington State Department of Transportation, where Bailey held roles such as Cooperative Automated Transportation Program Manager, Engineering Manager for Major Electrical Systems, and Traffic Operations Business Manager. In these positions, Bailey provided strategic leadership aimed at adopting innovative technologies for sustainable and livable communities. Additionally, Bailey was a founding partner at Cambridge Wealth Management LLC, overseeing investment management, and served as Missions Council Director at Living Water. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Transportation and Highway Engineering and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
