Alan Fletcher

Alan Fletcher is an experienced IT professional and photographer, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at STV Group plc since April 2023. Prior to this, Alan worked at Dell EMC as a Client Technical Support Senior Associate from August 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and high-end client systems across the UK and Ireland. Additionally, Alan has been the Director and Photographer at Fletch Wedding Photography since August 2019, focusing on creating curated wedding galleries. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at Co-op from November 2015 to July 2016, which emphasized customer service and product advising. Alan holds an HNC and HND in IT Tech Support from the City of Glasgow, earned between 2014 and 2016.
