Andrew Smillie

Andrew Smillie has a diverse work experience. Andrew has been working at STV Group plc since 2018, where they started as a Research Intern at the University of Strathclyde in 2010. Andrew then worked as a Lab Demonstrator at the same university from September 2011 to April 2012. In 2012, Andrew joined Verint as a Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineering Team Leader in the Workforce Management program group. Andrew worked on various projects, including the Engagement Management product and Verint's Workforce Management product. Andrew returned to STV Group plc in 2018, assuming the role of Operational Support Lead, and subsequently Engineering Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering.

From 2008 to 2012, Andrew Smillie attended the University of Strathclyde, where they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science.
