Scott Hardiman

Scott Hardiman is an experienced leader in the meat packing industry, currently serving as President of J.H. Routh Packing Company since January 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director Of Operations at Marcho Farms, Inc. from March 2021 to January 2023 and provided consulting services for a brief period in early 2021. Scott's extensive background includes serving as General Manager at JBSSA from March 2019 to January 2021, COO at DemKota Ranch Beef from 2016 to March 2019, and VP Operations at Chicago Meat Authority from November 2014 to November 2016. Additionally, Scott was Vice President/General Manager at Vantage Foods Inc from October 2006 to October 2014 and General Manager at National Beef Packing Co. from October 2001 to October 2006. Scott began a long career in the industry as Plant Manager at Moyer Packing Co., where tenure lasted from July 1983 to September 2001.
