MacIej Antczak

Maciej Antczak is an experienced professional in the field of environmental commodities and market development. Since January 2014, Maciej has served as Managing Partner and Senior Head of Environmental Commodities at STX Group, focusing on global product and market development, as well as structuring cross-commodity transactions. Prior roles include Head of Polish Desk and Environmental Products Broker, where Maciej concentrated on carbon emissions, green certificates, and energy efficiency systems. Prior to STX Group, Maciej held positions at Hays as a consultant specializing in energy, oil, and gas, and at Hr Compass as a recruitment specialist. Additional experience includes roles in social media management, project management, and as a brand ambassador. Maciej Antczak holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University.
