Damian Winczewski

Damian Winczewski has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software development and agile management fields. Damian'smost recent and current position is as the Head of Agile Center of Excellence at STX Next, where they proposed and established a separate business unit within the company. In this role, they have increased revenue by 50% and oversees a team of 40+ individuals working on multiple products. Prior to this, Damian has held positions as an Expert+ Scrum Master, Expert Scrum Master, Senior+ Scrum Master, and Senior Scrum Master at STX Next. Damian also has experience as a Chief Executive Officer at DAMDAR sp. z o.o., a Member at RevGenius, and a Product Consultant & Agile Leadership Coach at Young Agile. Damian has worked as a Scrum Master at Playsoft and Quantum CX, and started their career as a Software Developer at Yoberi sp. z o.o.

Damian Winczewski completed their undergraduate studies from 2014 to 2018 at the Gdańsk University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in ETI, Automatyka i Robotyka. Damian then pursued their Master's degree in Zarządzanie Projektami i Usługami IT at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk from 2018 to 2021. Prior to their university education, Damian attended I LO w Kartuzach from 2011 to 2014, specializing in the math-physic profile. Damian also participated in the Zdolni z Pomorza program during the same period. Damian has obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2020 and Emergency First Response in 2015.
