Natalia Urbańska

Natalia Urbańska is a Senior Strategic Designer at STX Next since August 2023, providing strategic design consultancy primarily to SMEs and large corporations, while also spearheading the development of new service offerings. Previously, Natalia served as the Innovation Consultancy Team Lead at Netguru from January 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included crafting bespoke proposals and guiding clients through complex design challenges. Earlier roles include Senior Strategic Designer and Service Designer positions, focusing on service development through facilitation and research across various industries. Additionally, Natalia has academic experience as a tutor in Service Design at Uniwersytet SWPS and has held research and intern positions at McKinsey & Company, Wink Media, and inACT Public Relations. Educational credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Information Science, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
