Paweł Hojcz

Pawel Hojcz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Pawel is currently working at STX Next as the Head of Global Expansion, a position they have held since June 2022.

Prior to that, Pawel worked at Skivak as the Head of International Operations from March 2021 to June 2022, and as the International Development Manager from August 2017 to March 2021.

Pawel also has experience in project management, organizational improvement, change management, growth and marketing strategies, acquiring EU funds, and financial markets analysis from their role in Expansion Projects at https://pawelhojcz.pl/ since June 2014.

Additionally, Pawel served as the Operations & Project Manager at Paymentwall, Inc. from March 2016 to April 2017.

Pawel has earlier experience at OSTC Ltd. as the Head of Operations Spain & Portugal from January 2011 to September 2013, and as the Operations Manager from January 2008 to December 2010.

Pawel also worked as a Barman and Team Leader at InterContinental Hotels Group in 2007, and as a Sales Specialist at Leroy Merlin from May 2004 to May 2007.

Pawel Hojcz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007. Pawel then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Corporate & Finance Management from the same university from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Pawel undertook a post-graduate course in Project Management at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, which they completed in 2010. Pawel also holds additional certifications, including the IPMA D certification from the International Project Management Association and a Digital Marketing Professional certification from DIMAQ - Digital Marketing Qualification.
