Andrew Dick

Andrew (Andy) Dick has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Store Manager at TJ Maxx since November 2016, overseeing operations for a multimillion-dollar business and managing a large team of over 300 employees. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Store Manager at Wal-Mart from March 2007 to April 2016, where responsibilities included supervision of multiple aspects of the store's operations and a team of 12 salaried managers in a community of 8,500. Andy's earlier experience includes various management roles at Wal-Mart from October 2002 to March 2007 and positions within Best Buy from May 1998 to October 2002. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University, earned between 2010 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, General Business, from the same institution from 2009 to 2011.
