Cathy Flynn has extensive experience in management roles across various retail companies. Currently serving as Operations Manager at TJ Maxx since March 2014, Cathy previously held the position of HR Manager and ASM Manager at the same company from May 2013 to March 2014. Prior to TJ Maxx, Cathy was the Retail Manager at Great Wolf Lodge from January 2007 to May 2013 and held the role of ASM Manager at Kohl's from September 1994 to December 2006.
