Harris Saeed

Harris Saeed is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and compliance. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HR & Compliance at a leading manufacturing concern since March 2013, Harris acts as the first level contact for employee issues, mediating resolutions and conducting internal investigations while tracking employee relations trends. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Coordinator at Style Textile (Pvt) Ltd since May 2012 and HR Officer at Varioline Intercool Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd from May 2011 to May 2012, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment processes and onboarding. Harris started his career as an intern in the HRD & IR department at Packages Limited in 2011.
