Shahbaz Haider is an experienced Executive Production professional at Style Textile (Private) Limited since August 2021, specializing in Cold Pad Batch dyeing with a strong focus on process optimization, quality control, production management, and team leadership. Shahbaz has successfully improved color consistency and reduced waste while enhancing dyeing efficiency. Additionally, Shahbaz serves as a Career-Prep Fellow at Amal Academy, selected from a competitive pool of applicants for a fellowship funded by Stanford University, and has invested extensive hours in developing business skills.
