Joana Priou has a long and varied work experience. Joana started in 2005 as an Outdoor Day Camp Supervisor at Mairie de Vertou, where they took care of children from six to twelve years old and organized and supervised activities for them. In 2009, they worked as a Treasurer at the Sailing Club of BEM Bordeaux Management School, where they managed the club's budget and promoted the club by organizing events and representing the club at presentations. In the same year, they also worked as an Assistant in the Travel Service at Compagnie du Ponant, where they organized cruises and events. In 2010, they worked as a Community Manager at Smart and, and in 2011 as an Assistant Product Manager at La Fran\u00e7aise des Jeux. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Asia Deal Group, first as a Regional Marketing Manager and then as a Project Manager for Digital Marketing. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have been the Head of CX (Retention) at Style Theory.

Joana Priou has an extensive education history. In 2002, they completed their French High School Diploma, "Baccalauréat" with honors in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée la Herdrie. From 2005 to 2008, they attended ENC Lycée Blomet, where they studied Philosophy, History, Geography and Literature. From 2008 to 2012, they completed a Master's degree in Marketing, Management and Strategy from KEDGE Business School. In 2012, they earned a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of International Business and Economics. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from PADI and the Royal Yachting Association (RYA).
