Curtis Woolsey has a diverse work experience. Curtis started their career in the U.S. Army in 1989, serving as a First Sergeant until 2012. After that, they worked as a Building Inspector for the City of Killeen from August 2015 to May 2016. Curtis then joined Homespec Real Estate Inspections as a City Code Inspector from June 2016 to March 2017. During this time, they also held the role of an Affiliate Member at the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors from May 2016 to March 2017. Continuing their passion for real estate inspections, Curtis worked as an apprentice at Homespec Realestate Inspections from 2013 to 2017, gaining hands-on experience in both residential and commercial inspections.

To acquire additional skills in plumbing, Curtis obtained a license in backflow prevention from Hardin and Associates in 2015. Curtis also became a Certified Residential Plumbing Inspector through ICC in the same year.

Lastly, Curtis holds a state-issued plumbing inspector license with the number #3412, demonstrating their expertise in residential and commercial plumbing, although the specific education or training associated with this license is not provided.
