Lindsey Custer

Lindsey Custer, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at StyleCraft Homes of VA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsey held the position of Human Resources Director at Riverside Health System from November 2015 to January 2022, and Human Resources Manager at Cranemasters from December 2010 to April 2015. Lindsey also gained experience as Human Resources Manager at Cadmus Communications, a Cenveo Company, from 2004 to December 2010, and as Executive Assistant to Owner at KBS, Inc. from December 2003 to September 2004. Earlier career experience includes a role in Human Resources at Time Life Inc. from December 2000 to October 2003. Lindsey earned an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business between 2018 and 2020, following a Bachelor’s degree from Sweet Briar College from 1996 to 2000.
