Dave Speck

Dave Speck has over 30 years of work experience in the IT field. Dave began their career at Progressive Insurance in 1988 as an IT Director and Software Engineer. In 2008, they became the IT Director Application Services at Western Reserve Group. From 2011 to 2016, Dave worked as an Agile Coach for various companies, including Independent, Cardinal Health, Cover My Meds, and American Greetings. In 2016, they were appointed Vice President Software Engineering at OnShift. In 2017, they became the Sr. Director Software Engineering at Magellan Health. In 2019, they started working at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC as a Product Owner of Electronic Braking Systems (EBS) and an Agile Coach. Currently, Dave is the Director of Engineering at StyleSeat.

Dave Speck holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. Dave also has a number of certifications, including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner (2022), Professional Kanban I (2021), Scrum Inc Product Owner (2020), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) (2019), Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner (2019), and ICP-ACC (Certified Professional in Agile Coaching) (2017).
